These terms cover the products made by Frenetiq Design (Levels, Levels Soundboard, skins, icon sets, profiles and custom work) and this website. By installing or using one of our products you agree to them. If you don't, please don't install or use it.
1. Purchases
Our products are sold on the Elgato Marketplace. Prices, payment, delivery and refunds follow Elgato's Marketplace terms and our Refunds page. We never see your payment details.
2. License
When you buy or download one of our products, Frenetiq Design gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on the Stream Deck devices and computers you own or control, for personal and professional use, for as long as you like. Custom work follows the same license unless we agree otherwise in writing.
You may not resell, share, rent, sublicense or redistribute our products or any part of them (including individual icons, skin images and profile files), publish them as your own, or use them to build products that compete with ours. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer or modify Levels or Levels Soundboard, except where the law allows it. Keeping a private backup is fine.
3. What our products need
Levels and Levels Soundboard run on Windows inside the Stream Deck app. Some features rely on other software on your computer, such as SteelSeries Sonar; those programs belong to their makers and follow their terms, and a feature can stop working if they change. Skins require Levels. Profiles are designed for the games and apps named on their page and need them installed; we are not affiliated with their makers.
4. Updates and support
Updates are delivered through the Elgato Marketplace and the Stream Deck app. We support our products on the Stream Deck models, operating systems and app versions listed on each product page. Ask for help through Contact Support; we answer in English.
5. As is
Our products are provided "as is". We work to keep them reliable, but we can't promise they will be free of errors or work with every device, driver or configuration. To the extent permitted by law, Frenetiq Design is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products, such as lost data, lost recordings or missed streams. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.
6. Trademarks
Stream Deck® and Elgato® are registered trademarks of Corsair Memory, Inc. All other product, software and game names, logos and brands belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products our items are designed for. Frenetiq Design is an independent maker, not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Corsair, Elgato or any other company named on this site.
7. Security
If you find a security problem in one of our products or on this site, tell us through Contact Support with "Security" in the subject. We answer within a few working days and fix confirmed problems as fast as the Marketplace review allows.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top tells you when. The version in force is the one published here when you use the product.
