This site is run by Frenetiq Design, a maker of Stream Deck plugins, skins, icon sets and profiles. For any question about your data, write to us through Contact Support.

Traffic analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to know which pages are read and where visitors come from. It counts page views, the page that sent you here, your country, and your type of device and browser, in aggregate. It sets no cookies, doesn't store your IP address and doesn't follow you across sites. About Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, as any web host does. It may set a strictly necessary security cookie when it needs to tell a person from a bot. Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Forms

The Contact Support and Custom requests forms send what you type (your name, email, message and the details you choose to add) to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use it only to answer you and to work on your request, and we keep it as long as that takes. We don't add you to any mailing list. Web3Forms' privacy policy.

Our products

Levels, Levels Soundboard, skins, icon sets and profiles run entirely on your computer. They have no account, no sign-in and no server of ours: nothing you do with them is sent to Frenetiq Design or to anyone else.

Levels reads and sets the volume of your apps and devices through Windows, and, when you use SteelSeries Sonar, through the local interface Sonar exposes on your PC. Everything stays on your machine. Levels Soundboard plays audio files you choose from your own disk. Your key and dial settings are stored by the Stream Deck app. Levels also keeps a small settings folder on your PC (%APPDATA%\design.frenetiq.levels: the apps you placed in each channel and the game levels it remembers); it stays after you uninstall the plugin, so delete that folder if you want everything gone. The Stream Deck app's own logs may note the names of the apps and games Levels detected; they are removed with the plugin.

We don't collect crash reports or usage statistics. Updates arrive through the Stream Deck app and the Elgato Marketplace, under Elgato's privacy policy.

Cookies and what we store

The site sets no cookies of its own. It remembers one thing in your browser, only if you choose it: the currency you picked in the menu (euro or dollar). It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Buy and Follow buttons open the Elgato Marketplace, and some pages link to Elgato's help pages and other sites. Those sites have their own privacy and cookie policies.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you (in practice: the messages you sent us), and you can object to its use. Write to us through Contact Support. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

If what we collect changes, this page changes first, with a new date at the top.
