I can't open the download
Extract ZIP archives first. Then double-click the .streamDeckIconPack or .streamDeckProfile file with Stream Deck installed.
Stream Deck doesn't open from the Marketplace
Open the Stream Deck app once, then choose Install again and allow your browser to open it.
Icon sets
My icon pack is missing
Check that the pack was installed, then reopen Stream Deck and the icon library. For single image files, use Set from file.
A key shows two titles
The icon already has its label. Hide the action's title, or use the NO TEXT edition and write your own.
A key shows an icon but does nothing
Icons are images. Give the key an action, or check the settings of the action in your profile.
Profiles
The layout looks wrong
Use the file made for your Stream Deck model: the model is in the file name. Remove the other variants you imported.
An action is missing or shows an error
Install or update the plugin it needs (WARDOGS needs SuperMacro by BarRaider). Check that the app is installed and in the foreground.
A shortcut does nothing
Keep the app or game in the foreground. Check its shortcuts: keyboard layouts and app versions differ, so record the right Hotkey on the key.
ChatGPT's Search key does nothing
Assign Search chats to Ctrl+Alt+F in ChatGPT's Keyboard Shortcuts, once. It has no shortcut by default.
Turning a dial does nothing
On an action wheel, turning chooses and pressing runs. Turn to the action you want, then press the dial.
The touch strip background doesn't show
Right-click the touch strip in Stream Deck and choose the image from file. What an action draws can cover the background.
Levels and skins
A Levels dial shows nothing or doesn't change the volume
Make sure your antivirus allowed Levels' audio helper, then restart the Stream Deck app.
Stream Deck feels slow with Levels
Set Animations to Off in a dial's settings: the live meters stand still, everything else works.
With Sonar, the Output key doesn't change my Windows output
That is on purpose: with SteelSeries Sonar running, Output moves Sonar's channels (Game, Chat, Media, Aux) between your devices, headset or speakers, and leaves Windows' own output to Sonar.
How do I put Voicemod's sounds on a dial?
With SteelSeries Sonar, Voicemod plays on Sonar's Aux fader. Set a Levels dial to Sounds · soundboards (Sonar Aux) in its Channel menu: you get its volume, mute and live meter.
