Overview

the key says the action.

Figma has a shortcut for almost everything. Remembering them all is the hard part. Profile for Figma puts the actions you use on your Stream Deck +, so the key tells you what it does. Align, group, add auto layout, change a font size, open Dev Mode: press the key or turn the dial.

One pack, two profiles: Minimal for the everyday actions, Advanced for the whole workflow. It uses only native Stream Deck actions, with no plugin to install.

Two profiles, one pack

minimal and advanced.

Start with Minimal, move to Advanced when you want more. The Pages dial flips through the pages; press it to jump back to the first.

Dials

dials that follow the page.

On the menu and most pages the four dials are Pages, Zoom, Panels and the Windows volume. Text and Typography turn into Font Size, Line Height and Tracking. On Auto Layout, Effects, Vectors and a few more, Field and Coarse step the number field you selected, such as gap or padding, in small or bigger steps; press to confirm. On Pages & Layers, Doc Pages moves through the pages of your Figma file.

Styles and keyboards

two styles, two keyboards.

  • Sculpt and Signal. The same actions in two looks, chosen when you import. Try both in the simulator above.
  • EN-US and EN-IT.The keys match your keyboard layout. With EN-IT, set Figma › Keyboard shortcuts › Layout › Italian.

Good to know

what it does not do.

  • Search keys stop at the search.Find Fill, Find Styles, Same Fill and the other search keys open Figma’s actions search with the words typed in. You choose the result.
  • Number dials need a field.Field and Coarse change the field you selected first. They don’t pick the property for you, and Enter can move the focus out of the field.
  • Creating stays in Figma.Variables, prototype links and transitions are reached through search and panels: you still create them in Figma.
  • Dev Mode depends on your plan.Dev Mode needs the right Figma plan and permissions.

Setup guide

setup.

Two minutes, no plugins.

  1. Import the profile you want. Minimal or Advanced, Sculpt or Signal, EN-US or EN-IT: double-click the file and Stream Deck adds it as a new profile.
  2. Using EN-IT? Set the Italian layout in Figma. Figma › Keyboard shortcuts › Layout › Italian. With EN-US, keep U.S. QWERTY.
  3. Open Figma Desktop and click your file once. Stream Deck types into the window in front, like a keyboard. Tip: in the profile’s settings you can link it to Figma, so Stream Deck switches to it when Figma is in front.

FAQ

questions.

Does it work on Mac?

This profile is made for Windows 10/11. We do not offer a Mac version.

Does it work with Figma in the browser?

It is built and described for Figma Desktop. The keys send Figma shortcuts, and we have not tested the browser version, so we do not list it.

I have an Italian keyboard. Will it work?

Yes, with the EN-IT files. Set Figma › Keyboard shortcuts › Layout › Italian. On a US keyboard choose EN-US.

Is it a plugin?

No. It is a Stream Deck profile built with native Stream Deck actions. There is nothing to install besides the profile itself, and Figma does not need a plugin.

Will there be free updates?

Yes. Once you own it, new versions of this profile come through the Elgato Marketplace. We will say on this page what changes in each version.

Will it connect directly to Figma?

A direct-connection add-on is planned, as a separate product. There is no date and no price yet. This profile works on its own, without it.

The profile sets up your Stream Deck; it doesn’t include Figma. Windows only. Independent product by Frenetiq Design, not affiliated with or endorsed by Figma or Elgato. Figma is a trademark of its owner, named only to say which software this profile is designed for.
