Profile for Euro Truck Simulator 2 puts the controls of your cab one tap away on Stream Deck +: seven pages for driving, lights, chassis, camera views, HUD and more, with the retarder, the in-game radio and Windows volume on the dials. Built on the game’s default controls, with nothing else to install.

Lights, blinkers, beacon, wipers, differential lock, axle lift, trailer, camera views, photo mode, HUD widgets, map zoom, garage, radio player and convoy chat. Eight keys light up like the real dashboard lamps, and the hazards blink.

Good to know

before you drive.

  • Single keys only.Every key sends one key press of the game’s own controls. No macros, no sequences, no timing. Steering, throttle, brake and gears stay on your wheel, pad or keyboard.
  • Lamps show what you pressed.Stream Deck cannot read the game: a lamp shows what you pressed on the deck. If you change that function on the keyboard, press it once there to line the lamp up again. The blinker keys stay plain, because the game switches the blinker off by itself after the turn.
  • High beam needs the headlights.In the game the high beam works only while the headlights are on: press Lights first, then High Beam.
  • Italian keyboard layout.The keys follow the game’s default controls for the Italian keyboard layout. On another layout a few keys sit elsewhere: CONTROLS.csv in the download lists what every key and dial sends.

Setup guide

Two minutes, no plugins.

  1. Double-click the profile file. Stream Deck adds it as a new profile. Updating? Delete the old Euro Truck Simulator 2 profile first: an imported profile is never updated in place.
  2. Pick the profile. Tip: in Edit Profiles you can link it to Euro Truck Simulator 2, so Stream Deck switches to it when the game is in front.
  3. Click into the game and drive. Stream Deck types into the window in front, like a keyboard. The keys are the game’s defaults.

Does it use macros?

No. Each key sends one key press, like your keyboard, and the page keys only switch pages. No macros, no sequences, no timing.

A few keys do nothing. What now?

The keys follow the game’s default controls for the Italian keyboard layout. On another layout, set those actions in the game to the keys listed in CONTROLS.csv, or edit that action in Stream Deck.

Does it need a plugin?

No. It uses Stream Deck’s own key and page actions only.

Does it work on Mac or on other Stream Deck models?

No. It is made for Stream Deck + on Windows.
