Profile for DayZ puts the keys you reach for most one tap away on Stream Deck +: six pages for gestures, hotbar, combat, voice and vehicles. The Menu jumps to every page; Back returns to it.
Gestures: hello, help, surrender, heart, point and thumbs up. Hotbar: slots 4 to 0 for bandages, saline, food and drink. Combat: fire mode, chamber, throw or drop, melee, headlamp or night vision and inventory. Voice: push to talk, voice range up and down, emote menu and quick gestures. Vehicle: horn, handbrake, view, inventory and map.

Dial 1 flips pages; press it for the Menu. Dial 4 is the Windows volume; press it to mute. On Combat, dial 2 zeroes your scope; on Vehicle, dial 2 shifts gears.

Good to know
before you play.
- Single keys only.Every key sends one key press of DayZ’s own controls. No macros, no sequences, no timing. Shooting and aiming stay on the mouse.
- Hold where the game holds.Emote Menu: hold the key, pick with the mouse, release. Voice: hold to talk, double-tap to keep it on. Throw / Drop: tap to throw, hold to drop. Headlamp / NVG: tap for the headlamp, hold for night vision.
- Default keys.The keys send DayZ’s default keys. Changed one? CONTROLS.csv in the download lists what every key and dial sends.
- Native actions only.Key presses and page switches, like a keyboard. Nothing else to install.
Setup guide

Two minutes, no plugins.
- Double-click the profile file. Stream Deck adds it as a new profile. Updating? Delete the old DayZ profile first: an imported profile is never updated in place.
- Pick the profile. Tip: in Edit Profiles you can link it to DayZ, so Stream Deck switches to it when the game is in front.
- Click into the game and play. Stream Deck types into the window in front, like a keyboard. The keys are DayZ’s defaults.

A key does nothing. What now?
Click once inside the game window, and hold the key for the actions the game wants held. If you changed a key in the game, CONTROLS.csv in the download lists what every key and dial sends.
Does it use macros?
No. Each key sends one key press, like your keyboard, and the page keys only switch pages. No macros, no sequences, no timing.
Does it need a plugin?
No. It uses Stream Deck’s own key and page actions only.
Does it work on Mac or on other Stream Deck models?
No. It is made for Stream Deck + on Windows.
