if something doesn’t work.

A key does nothing in the game
  1. Click once inside the game window. Stream Deck types into the window in front, like a keyboard.
  2. Check the key in the game: Settings › Controls. The profile uses the game’s default keys. If you changed one, change it back, or change the Stream Deck key (see “Customize your profile”).
  3. Ping and Channel only work after you set F8 and F9 in the game (Install, steps 1 and 2).
I changed my keys in the game
  1. Find the key in the tables above: the “Sends” column shows what Stream Deck presses.
  2. Either set that key back in the game, or follow “Change the key a button sends” in Customize.
Push to talk stops when I let go
  1. That’s how it works: keys marked “Hold” stay pressed only while your finger is on them, like a keyboard key.
How do I get back to the start?
  1. Press BACK, top left of every page. Or press the first dial: it always goes to the Menu.
Turning the Map dial does nothing
  1. Open the map first (M, or the Map key). The dial is a mouse wheel: with the map closed, it does whatever your mouse wheel does in the game.
Full Reload loads only one or two rounds
  1. Wait until all three rounds are in: about ten seconds.
  2. If your reload is slower, make the waits longer: see “Change the waits in a key sequence” in Customize.
I have the profile twice, or a profile called “copy”
  1. You imported the file twice. Stream Deck never replaces a profile: it adds a new one.
  2. Delete the extra one (see “Have an older version? Delete it first” in Install) and keep one.
The keys look different from the pictures
  1. Check you imported the file for your device: the + file on a Stream Deck +, the XL file on an XL.
  2. Pick the profile in the menu above the keys in the Stream Deck app (“Pick the profile” in Install).
Is it safe with anti-cheat?
  1. The profile only uses Stream Deck’s own key actions, like a keyboard. The game’s makers publish no rule about it; we know of no problem.

Still stuck? Contact support and tell us your Stream Deck model and what happens.
